Our Process
Application Submission
All prospective homes must complete our puppy application before being considered for a puppy.
Applications allow us to learn about your household, experience with dogs, lifestyle, and what you are looking for in a puppy. This helps us determine if one of our puppies would be a good fit for your home.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or a puppy reservation.
Join our Waitlist
Approved applicants may join our official waitlist with a phone interview.
Waitlist Terms
- Waitlist ensures you are notified when the puppies are born and when we are ready for reservations.
- Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a puppy.
If you choose to pass on a litter, your spot may be moved once to the next available litter in the same year.
Once puppies are born, we notify families on the waitlist.
Reservation Fee ($300)
When puppies reach approximately 2 weeks of age, reservation fees are accepted.
The $300 fee officially holds a pick spot from the litter (which exact puppy is still to be determined).
Fee Terms
- Fees are non-refundable
- Reservation fee is applied toward the final puppy purchase price
- Reservation fee secures your place in the litter
- If a family on the waitlist declines their pick spot, the opportunity moves to the next family.
Reservation Tiers:
All of my puppies are the same quality—what you’re paying for is pick position. Some families really want first choice, others are happy to save and trust the process.
Each litter is structured as follows for males & females separately:
- First Buyer Selection – $1800
- Second Buyer Selection – $1600
- Third Buyer Selection – $1400
- Fourth Buyer Selection (if applicable) – $1200
- Fifth Buyer Selection (if applicable) – $1000
Puppy Selection (Around 7 Weeks)
Puppy selections are made after 7 weeks once BAER hearing testing and veterinary evaluations are completed. This ensures every family is choosing from fully evaluated puppies with confirmed health information.
Go-Home Day (10 Weeks)
Puppies go home at 10 weeks of age.
By this time puppies will have:
- Age-appropriate vaccinations (x2)
- Deworming (2 months worth)
- BAER testing
- Veterinary health check
- Early socialization from Mom & littermates
Additional Policies
Right to Refuse Placement
We reserve the right to refuse placement at any time if we believe the environment is not in the puppy’s best interest.
Timeline Variations
While we aim to follow the timeline above, minor adjustments may occur depending on litter development, veterinary recommendations, or unforeseen circumstances.
